“I worked at National Ayurveda Research and Training Centre, Ministry of Health, Government of Nepal for a year of one and half .
Contribution of my working areas: Research based policy making, complementary health training, analysis clinical research. Research concepts for the CITES Herbal Plant Collection, Authentication, Analysis and DNA Fingerprinting were initiated. Manual for the Research Training and other subject related Training was prepared.
National Researches Consultative Meeting were conducted for interdisciplinary research and mutual understanding among the Research Unit of Nepal. ”

I, Dr. Prerok besides being an avid research enthusiast is also occupied in academic and clinical practice. Academia, Research and Development forms the cobblestone of my areas of interest. Medical Editorial is the dream achieve of my career. In my free time, I enjoys travelling, learning from indigenous knowledge, updating the recent innovative ideas and national trends. When free you can catch me rooting for ideas for innovations on Ayurveda, integrative medicine, mountain medicines, poisonous herbal plants. Interest and commitment towards the team work and team members is the prime selective criteria to be in a research working panel. Qualitative research works are my priority research subjects.

I provide a general Ayurvedic consultation to track the progress of your condition manage disease or disability, prevent future or potential health issues improve life and movement and extend life as much as possible through different Ayurvedic therapies Lifestyle management and diet plan

Research Mentorship

I provide guidance, motivation, emotional support, and role modeling to newly young researches with "Interest" and "Committment" towards research works. Being a mentor, it help with exploring careers, setting goals, developing contacts, and identifying resources to the participants.# Be honest_Be contributor.

With expertise field and general interest on the areas, I prefer to provide evidences and conclusion of the reports for the Government strategy and Policy making process more convenient, effective and quality. Being a Policy makers, I tend to be approached to a large number of people, interest groups and research motive participants, understanding complex issues and assimilating knowledge and forwarding the essence.
